The primary role of the Indian asset management firm Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited (ABSLAMC) is to oversee the Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund. In addition to mutual funds, ABSLAMC provides investment consulting services, portfolio management services, and alternative investment fund management, including real estate-focused funds. ABSLAMC is a joint venture between Aditya Birla Capital Limited and Sun Life (India) AMC Investments Inc. Following the announcement of the company's substantial dividend for FY25 and Q4 earnings for FY25, Aditya Birla Sun Life Amc's shares closed Monday's trading session on the NSE 0.29% higher at Rs 644.15 per share, with a market capitalization of Rs 18.58KCr.

The Board of Directors considered and approved "Recommendation of dividend of ₹24/- per equity share of ₹5/- each of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid within thirty days from the conclusion of AGM. Record date for the purpose of determining Shareholders eligible to receive dividend, shall be intimated separately," said Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC in a stock exchange filing on Monday.
Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Q4 Results
On Monday, April 28, Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC announced a 9% rise in net profit for the quarter ending in March 2025, reaching Rs 228.1 crore. In the same quarter prior to the fiscal year, the firm had a net profit of Rs 208.4 crore. In the January-March quarter of the fiscal year 2024-25, revenue from operations increased by 17% to Rs 429 crore from Rs 365.6 crore in Q4FY24.
The company's net profit for the whole fiscal year 2024-2025 was Rs 930.6 crore, up 19% from the previous fiscal year. At Rs 1,685 crore, its total income represented a rise of 25% from the previous year. The corporation reported Mutual Fund QAAUM's assets under management at Rs 3,817 billion, a rise of 15% from the previous year. Additionally, the company announced a SIP record of Rs 13.16 billion for March 2025, with around 543,000 fresh SIP registrations.

A breakout above Rs 670 could drive the stock towards Rs 690-700, sustaining its recent bullish breakout from a consolidation zone," commented Riyank Arora - Technical Analyst - Mehta Equities Limited.
