Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the record date for purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the Interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26, has been fixed as 9th July, 2025. 3. Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India (JCHAC) has a modest but comparatively stable dividend history. From FY2010 to FY2019, the company paid dividends of Rs 1.50 per share nearly every year. In FY2025, the dividend was increased to Rs 15 per share (paid on June 10, 2025). The most recent announcement was made in early July 2025 of an interim dividend of Rs 36 per share (360% on face value), with a record date of July 9 and a payment date of July 24.
According to indmoney.com, the dividend yield climbed proportionately, rising from around zero for the majority of the 2010s to roughly 0.83% in mid-2025, based on a share price of about Rs 1,811. This number is significantly above its own historical 10-year average of 0.06%, according to Wisesheets, but it still falls short of the yields of its leading dividend-paying rivals. JCHAC's current yield of about 0.83% is over double the sector average of about 0.4% when compared to the broader consumer durables industry.

"The stock has bounced from support near ₹1,760 and is now approaching resistance at ₹1,850. A breakout above ₹1,850 could drive the stock toward ₹1,920-₹1,950. The trend is cautiously positive, but momentum will strengthen only above ₹1,850. Traders can look to enter on dips with a stop-loss at ₹1,750 or buy on a confirmed breakout," commented Riyank Arora, technical analyst at Mehta Equities Ltd.
