Airtel’s New Prepaid Plan Offers Disney Plus Hotstar VIP Subscription

Airtel has come up with a Rs. 401 prepaid plan that offers one year subscription to Disney Plus Hotstar VIP. Also, in the plan is offered 3G data that comes with a validity of 28 days.
In another offering of Rs.349, the company offers 2GB data on a per day basis together with subscription to Amazon Prime for 28 days. Along with that, it offers Zee5 Premium subscription and access to content featured on Aitel xStream.

Also, until the end of the second lockdown, the telecom major has extended the validity of its pre-paid plans similar to other players and also is encouraging subscribers to recharge for others' accounts online and providing commission for the same.

"Many of these customers have been able to recharge through several channels activated by Airtel including - ATMs, post Offices, grocery stores and chemist shops, in addition to digital channels. However, close to 30 million such customers have still not been able to recharge their pre-paid mobile accounts," said Airtel in a statement.

Also, in the wake of the second phase of lockdown, COAI earlier asked states to issue instructions and allow opening of mobile recharging retailers.
