GOCL Corporation is one of India's largest manufacturers of explosives. GOCL, a division of the worldwide Hinduja Group, focuses mostly on explosives, electronics, real estate, and energetics. The firm has announced the record date for its upcoming 500% dividend. Here's why a stock market analyst suggested that stock accumulation on dips be taken into consideration following the news.

GOCL Corporation Dividend Record Date
"Pursuant to Section 91 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, July 26, 2025 to Friday, August 01, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of members for the dividend of Rs. 10.00 per share (500%) for the financial year 2024-25 and Annual General Meeting for the FY 2024-25 scheduled on Friday, August 01, 2025. If the dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, is approved at this ensuing AGM, payment of such dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be made within 30 days by way of credit to the bank accounts of members from the date of approval by the shareholders," commented GOCL Corporation in a stock exchange filing.
Notice of 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company
"The Notice for convening the 64th AGM of the Company along with the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2024-25 is being dispatched electronically via e-mail to all the Members whose email addresses are registered with the Company / Registrar and Share Transfer Agent i.e. KFin Technologies Limited or their respective Depository Participant(s). The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Saturday, July 26, 2025 to Friday, August 01, 2025 (both days inclusive) in connection with this Annual General Meeting and payment of Dividend. The cut-off date for determining the eligibility to vote by electronic means or at the AGM is Friday, July 25, 2025. The remote e-voting period commences on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at 9.00 a.m. (IST) to Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 5.00 p.m. (IST)," said GOCL Corporation in a regulatory filing.
GOCL Corporation Share Price Target
"GOCL has shown positive price action recently and is forming a higher base near ₹370. Resistance is seen at ₹400, and a breakout above that could lead to ₹420-₹430. Support remains at ₹370, and as long as it holds, the structure remains bullish. Accumulation on dips may be considered," commented Riyank Arora, technical analyst at Mehta Equities Ltd.
