Alldigi Tech and OneBanc have launched an AI-powered payroll banking solution aiming to streamline operations for corporates. This partnership addresses compliance issues and enhances employee experiences in India’s significant payroll banking market.
Alldigi Tech Ltd. and OneBanc have launched a new AI-powered payroll banking solution aimed at corporates. This collaboration, which was formalised earlier, has now completed integrations and begun onboarding clients to the platform. The partnership seeks to revolutionise payroll banking by combining Alldigi's expertise with OneBanc's advanced AI capabilities.
The payroll-banking market in India is valued at $30 billion, encompassing 120 million salaried professionals. The solution aims to automate processes, ensure compliance, and reduce operational costs for companies while offering personalised experiences for employees. Globally, manual errors and inefficiencies cost businesses an estimated $5 billion annually, while non-compliance leads to $7 billion in fines and reputational damage.
AI-Driven Payroll Solutions
Alldigi Tech CEO Mr. Naozer Dalal emphasised the importance of trust and precision in payroll compliance. He stated, "Payroll is about trust and precision in compliance. At Alldigi Tech, we've set the standard for reliable solutions, making us a trusted partner for enterprises." This partnership aims to address corporate needs innovatively by integrating their payroll expertise with OneBanc's AI platform.

OneBanc Founder & CEO Mr. Vibhore Goyal highlighted the synergy between the two companies: "At OneBanc, our mission is to leverage AI and ML to deliver personalized experiences for salaried customers and enterprises." With Alldigi's 400 enterprise clients and commitment to digital transformation, they aim to onboard over 1,000 corporates in the coming years.
Unified Ecosystem for Payroll Management
The collaboration between Alldigi and OneBanc creates a unified ecosystem connecting payroll/HRMS, banking, and merchants. This system offers an AI-powered personalised experience for corporate employees while simplifying payroll management through Alldigi's seamless platform. Automation of payroll tasks such as tax benefits, declarations, bill submissions, reimbursements, and expense claims ensures compliance and operational efficiency.
This integration enhances employee retention and employer branding by providing a hassle-free experience for both employers and employees. Additionally, it addresses the threat of mule accounts—a significant concern under RBI's scrutiny—by improving security measures within corporate salary accounts.
