The "Rekindle" program serves as a launchpad for women re-entering the workforce, while "Ramp Back" facilitates a gradual return to work after maternity or parental leave. The "AmVoice" listening sessions provide a platform for senior leadership to address the concerns of women employees. Additionally, the "Women in Night Shifts (WINS)" program ensures a safe and supportive work environment for women across all shifts.
Programs for Women Outside Amazon India
Amazon India has also extended its support to women beyond its workforce through various programs. These include "Amazon Saheli," which empowers women entrepreneurs in rural India, "AmazeWIT," which encourages women to pursue careers in technology, "Amazon WOW," which provides training and resources for women-owned businesses, and "Amazon Future Engineer," which inspires young women to pursue careers in STEM fields.
