A hotel, meeting facilities, sports facilities, and one of Europe's best golf courses are among the amenities.

According to the filing, the acquisition would strengthen RIL's market and hospitality properties. RIL owns Oberoi Hotels and is currently working on a conference centre, restaurant, and operated residences in Mumbai's Bandra-Kurla Complex.

This is Mukesh Ambani's second major purchase of a well-known British brand. His company purchased Hamleys, a toy shop, in 2019, expanding his retail presence.
Stoke Park attracts visitors from all over the world with its 49 luxurious rooms and suites, 27-hole championship golf course, 13 tennis courts, and 14 acres of private gardens.

Pinewood Studios and the British film industry have always had a close association with Stoke Park. At Stoke Park, two James Bond films were filmed: Goldfinger (1964) and Tomorrow Never Dies (1997).

According to the park's website, the spectacular duel between James Bond (Sean Connery) and Goldfinger (Gert Frobe) is now considered the most popular game of golf in cinematic history.
