Kedia recently invested in TechD Cybersecurity Limited and acquired over 5.26% stake in the company worth Rs 29.6 crore. With this investment move, Vijay Kedia now owns 393,100 shares in the company. TechD Cybsecurity Limited closed 2% lower at Rs 728.55 per share on NSE on Wednesday. Its total market capitalisation stood at Rs 544.94 crore.
Innovators Facade Systems
The Maharashtra-based company is another name in the Vijay Kedia portfolio stock. The ace investor owns around 10.7% stake in the company, valued at around Rs 41.3 crore. He owns nearly 20,10,632 crore shares.
Innovators Facade Systems shares closed 4.74% higher at Rs 204.25 per share on BSE on Wednesday. The stock has a market capitalisation of Rs 385.37 crore. Innovator Facade Systems share price valuation has declined over 11.96% year to date (YTD). Meanwhile, the stock valuation has jumped over 238% in three years.
Exato Technologies
The SME IPO closed for subscription on Tuesday, December 2 and investors are awaiting its IPO allotment status on Wednesday. Exato IPO worth Rs 37.5 crore is backed by Ace Investor Vijay Kedia and family, who together hold 4.71% equity in the company.
