Aramco Digital, a subsidiary of Saudi Arabia's state-owned oil giant Aramco, has partnered with IT firm LTIMindtree to establish a new IT services company in Saudi Arabia. Named LTIM Aramco Digital Solutions for Information Technology Company, this joint venture aims to boost the country's digital transformation efforts as part of Vision 2030. This initiative seeks to diversify the economy, improve the business environment, create jobs, and attract investments.

The newly formed entity, NextEra, will concentrate on six primary areas: artificial intelligence and automation, scalable cloud services, industry expertise, digital engineering, sustainability, and customer centricity. These focus areas are designed to provide advanced technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and enable intelligent decision-making for organisations.
Vision 2030 and Digital Transformation
NextEra's mission is to develop a digital ecosystem that fosters innovation and enhances national competitiveness. This aligns with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, which aims to transform the Kingdom's economy and society through digital advancements. The company plans to contribute significantly to this journey by leveraging cutting-edge technologies.
Nabil Al-Nuaim, Chairman of NextEra and CEO of Aramco Digital, stated: "Through NextEra, we aim to build a future-ready digital ecosystem that drives innovation, enhances national competitiveness, and contributes to the Kingdom’s digital transformation journey under Vision 2030."
Empowering Local Talent and Industries

She mentioned that advanced delivery centres and collaborations with local universities would play a crucial role in accelerating digital transformation. The initiative also aims to support small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and major industries with customised managed services.
NextEra is supported by Aramco’s Namaat Industrial Investments Program. This backing underscores its strategic importance in driving technological advancements within Saudi Arabia. By focusing on key areas like AI and cloud services, the company intends to improve customer experiences across various sectors.
