Bajaj Consumer Q4 Results Updates: Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd. declare its fourth quarter (Q4) results for financial year 2025 (FY2025) on Monday, in which the company reported a 13% decline in net profit for the January-March quarter, with profit falling to Rs 31 crore, as compared to Rs 35.6 crore in the same period last year. However, the company's revenue increased by 4%, reaching Rs 250.5 crore, up from Rs 240.8 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
Bajaj Consumer Q4 2025 Earnings: Revenue and EBITDA
The company's revenue growth in Q4 FY2025 performed better with a 4.39% increase, reaching Rs 250.49 crore, compared to Rs 239.96 crore in the same period of the previous financial year. This marked a recovery from Q3 FY2025, which saw a 1.97% decline in revenue, amounting to Rs 234.42 crore. The revenue growth in Q4 indicates that the company was able to achieve a better topline performance than in Q3, even though both quarters faced challenges.

The Bajaj Group company's Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) stood at Rs 32 crore, showing a decrease of 8.3% from the March quarter of FY23. The EBITDA margin declined by 180 basis points, coming down to 12.7% from 14.5% during the same quarter last year.

Bajaj Consumer Share Price: After the company shared its results on 5 May, Bajaj Consumer Care's shares initially fell by 1.05% in morning trade. However, the stock recovered later in the day and was seen trading 0.90% higher at Rs 165.40 per share.
Despite this small recovery, the company's share price hasn't done well in recent times. Over the past year, the stock has dropped by 18%, showing that many investors remain cautious about its performance.
