There is a high chance of rainfall in Bangalore today as the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted light rainfall along with thundershowers on Saturday. Local residents are likely to experience a partly cloudy sky with a wind speed of 50-60 kilometres per hour.

There is a high possibility of rainfall in Bangalore on Saturday evening. According to IMD's local weather forecast for the metro city, rain or thundershowers are likely to occur towards afternoon or evening. Minimum and maximum temperatures of Bangalore is likely to remain between 21 degree Celsius and 33 degree Celsius. The weather forecast agency has recorded 7 mm of rainfall in Bangalore in last 24 hours (as per the data available at 8 am on Saturday).
As per Accuweather, there are are 44% chances of humidity in Bangalore today, and the sky will be 100% covered by clouds. Thunderstorms, alongwith increased humidity, are predicted in Bangalore after 7 pm, ie the starting time of RCB vs CSK IPL 2025 match. The humidity is expected to increase further to 49% at 7 pm, 68% at 8 pm, 71% at 9 pm, 74% at 10 pm.

Based on the IMD's Bangalore weather prediction, there are high chances that IPL fans may face disappointment for the RCB vs CSK IPl 2025 match. But there are still hopes that the city weather may remain clear in evening and at night.
RCB team members are all set to face Chennai Super Kings in the 52nd match of IPL in their home city, ie Bangalore's M.Chinnaswamy Stadium on Saturday, May 3. So far, RCB have enjoyed a strong position against CSK and other competitors in the tournament.
With the current match set to begin in Bangalore in few hours, RCB fans are hoping to see their favourite team to enter into the playoffs.
RCB vs CSK IPL 2025: What's At Stake?
For RCB the match can be a ticket to enter into the playoffs whereas for CSK it is their last chance to perform well and regain their fans' confidence. The match can be RCB's 11th victory in the ongoing IPL 2025 tournament. But CSK, which are officially out of the race to the playoffs, it could be a chance for them to improve their performance in the tournament. So far CSK have won only two matches out of ten played during the IPL tournament. For MS Dhoni's team, there is nothing much at stake for the RCB vs CSK clash. In contrast, for the Bangalore-based franchise, it will be a chance for them to consolidate their place in the top two for potential match in qualifier 1.
