Banks in India will remain closed for up to 15 days (including all Sundays and the second and fourth Saturdays) in November across different states in the country.
According to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) November bank holiday list, banks will remain closed for 15 days next month.

One should note that even if banks are closed on account of public or regional holidays people can still use digital services such as UPI, Mobile Banking, and Internet Banking for financial transactions.
It is always recommended to have a Bank Holiday Calendar list handy so that you can complete all your bank-related work beforehand. The RBI announces the bank holidays for the full year state-wise. In India all bank holidays have been classified into different categories under the Negotiable Instruments Act of 1881-Holidays Under Negotiable Instruments Act, Banks' Closing of Accounts, and Real-Time Gross Settlement Holiday.
Bank holidays are not uniform across the country but vary from region to region as some holidays are observed countrywide as public holidays while others are treated as local holidays.
