Bengaluru Traffic Alert: Weeklong Restrictions Imposed At Kadubeesanahalli Junction; Check Alternate Routes

Bengaluru news: A recent update for the commuters has been announced by the Bengaluru Traffic Police regarding a one-week traffic restriction at Kadubeesanahalli Junction to ease congestion and improve traffic flow. These new restrictions will impact all vehicles traveling from Kadubeesanahalli Junction to Kariyammana Agrahara.

Traffic police have identified this area as a major place for traffic congestion, which causes heavy delays for daily commuters.

Traffic officials have laid out alternate routes for people traveling in this area until the restriction is lifted. The Kadubeesanahalli junction will remain closed, so people moving towards Kariyammana Agrahara must use Devarabeesanahalli Junction to take a U-turn and continue via Sakra Hospital Main Road.

Alternative Routes for Kadubeesanahalli Junction Restrictions:

From Kadubeesanahalli to Kariyammana Agrahara: Take Devarabeesanahalli Junction, then proceed via Sakra Hospital Main Road. It should be noted that traffic delays will be on this route as well as the trial period assessing the impact on congestion.

Bengaluru Traffic Advisory: Other Route Restrictions & Route Changes

Due to the Maha Shivaratri celebration yesterday, there was a lot of chaos on the street as people were visiting the temple. Due to this, Bangalore traffic police added temporary restrictions on Yemalur Main Road from Yemalur Kodi Junction to Glory Juice Centre. This restriction, which was imposed yesterday, will continue till today (Feb 27) until 3 PM.

Furthermore, other traffic restrictions were also implemented on HAL Old Airport Road due to prayers at Shivoham Shiva Temple due to large gatherings. Commuters are advised to use alternative routes via Suranjan Das Road and JB Nagar.

Alternative Routes for Yemalur Road Closures

For vehicles traveling from Yemalur Kodi to Varthur Road: Take Kempapura Main Road, then proceed via Rohan Apartments Road to reach Varthur Road.

For vehicles coming from Varthur Road, they can use Rohan Apartments Road, then take Kempapura Main Road towards Yemalur Kodi.
