Bharti Airtel Shares Rally Close To 3.5% On Cisco Collaboration

Shares of Bharti Airtel in intra-day trade on Friday rose close to 3.5% i.e. Rs. 543.4 at day's high in comparison to the previous close of Rs. 525.45.

This is as the telecom service provider Bharti Airtel and Cisco collaborated and announce the launch of connectivity solutions for enterprises primarily powered by Cisco's software-defined wide area network (WAN) technology.

The partnership is said to facilitate enterprises in designing, deploying, configuring, migrating as well as managing their WAN infra. "We are happy to deepen our long-standing partnership with Cisco to serve this requirement by bringing together the strengths of both the companies.".

The some of the clientele's served by or companies that have subscribed to Airtel-Cisco's software-defined wide area network (SD-WAN) solution include Royal Enfield, Panasonic, and Connaught Plaza Restaurants (McDonald's Licensee North and East India)
