BHEL Q4 Result: Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited (BHEL) on Friday announced a whopping 300% increase in its net profit in the March quarter of financial year 2024-25. The heavy electrical equipment manufacturer reported a net profit of Rs 504 crore during Q4FY25, which was 300% higher than Rs 124.77 crore reported during the same period.
BHEL shares closed 1.89% higher at Rs 250.35 per share on BSE on Friday. Its market capitalisation stood at Rs 87,173.46 crore. BHEL had also announced a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per share of Rs. 2/- each.

BHEL Q4 Result
BHEL reported 300% increase in its net profit to Rs 504 crore during the fourth quarter of financial year 2024-25, against Rs 124.77 crore reported in the December quarter. The company's net profit increased by 4% annually from Rs 484.36 crore reported in the year ago period. BHEL's revenue from operations stood at Rs 8993.37 crore against Rs 7277.09 crore reported in the previous quarter. Its revenue from operations stood at Rs 8260.25 crore during the sam period year-ago.
The company also reported a significant increase in its power segment revenue. The earning from this segment increased from Rs 6168 crore during Q4Fy24 to Rs 6192 crore reported during the quarter under review.
Its revenue from the industry segment also increased by 34% annually to Rs 2801 crore in the fourth quarter from Rs 2092 crore in the same quarter last year.
BHEL Share Price Trend
BHEL share price value has increased 7.35% year-to-date. Additionally, its price value has surged nearly 15.5% in one week and nearly 29% in three months. However, BHEL stock value has declined nearly 15% in one year. The company scrip ended in green at Rs 250.35 per share on BSE.
BHEL Q3 Result
The state-owned company had announced a consolidated net profit of Rs 134.77 during the December quarter of previous financial year. Additionally, its consolidated revenue from operations increased sharply to Rs 7277.09 crore in December. The surge in revenue from operations was 32.21% annually from Rs 5503.81 crore reported in the third quarter of financial year 2023-24.
BHEL, in January, had posted over two fold jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 134.70 crore for December quarter 2024-25 mainly on the back of higher revenues. The company had logged a profit of Rs 60.31 crore in the quarter ended December 31, 2023, a BSE filing said. Total income rose to Rs 7,385 crore in the quarter from Rs 5,599.63 crore in the same period a year ago.
