Shri Educare Limited, KAMA Realty (Delhi) Limited, and SRF Transnational Holdings Limited are three fully owned companies that represent Kama Holdings' business interests in the fields of education, real estate, and investment. On a consolidated basis, the company's net sales in the June 2023 quarter were Rs 3,362.63 crore, dropping 14.02% from Rs 3,910.93 crore in the same June 2022 quarter. Its net profit was Rs. 183.78 crore in the first quarter of FY24, down 40.67% from Rs. 309.74 crore in the same quarter of FY23. Its EBITDA was Rs. 711.61 crore, plummeting by 29.39% from Rs. 1,007.85 crore in the same quarter of FY23. The EPS for Kama Holdings dropped from Rs. 480.03 in June 2022 to Rs. 286.34 in June 2023.
The stock price soared from Rs 4,936.05 to the current market price during the past five years, resulting in a multibagger return of 211.77%. The stock price jumped from Rs 4,690 to the current market price during the past three years, representing a multibagger gain of 216%. The stock has gone up 18.82% over the past year, and YTD, it has surged by 24.17% so far in 2023.
