One of the reviewers of the IPO, Capital Market, has taken a neutral stance on the Brigade Hotel Ventures IPO, citing high valuation as a concern. In FY2025, the company's total sales rose by 16.6% to Rs. 468.25 crore, mainly due to better hotel occupancy (76.76%) and higher average room rent (Rs. 6,693), as per the report. Despite better revenue, net profit fell by 24% to Rs. 23.66 crore, compared to Rs. 31.14 crore in FY2024, due to higher tax, interest, and depreciation costs.
