BSNL Selects Blue Cloud Softech As Partner For 5G Enterprise Connectivity Across India

In order to provide state-of-the-art 5G Internet Leased Line (ILL) services, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BCSSL) said on Monday that it has been appointed as a 5GFWA (5G Fixed Wireless Access) System Integrator for Andhra Pradesh and nationally.

The empanelment allows Blue Cloud an opportunity to incorporate cutting-edge 5G technology and provide companies and governmental organizations in Andhra Pradesh and other Indian regions with cutting-edge ILL services.

By providing value-added solutions like Edge Micro Data Center, Air Fiber (OTT & IPTV), AI-Healthcare, AIoT (Industry 4.0) integration, AI-driven analytics, and smart connectivity services, this effort gives BCSSL an array of opportunities to grow its service portfolio. Written instructions have been sent by BSNL-AP to start Proof of Concept (POC) trials in Mindi, Visakhapatnam, and Anakapalli in order to confirm the functionality of Blue Cloud's 5GFWA integration solutions.

The PoC procedure has been started by BCSSL, with the goal of beginning the service trial during the first week of November 2025.

In the BSNL AP Telecom Circle, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited has been officially recognized as a National Level System Integrator for the development and ongoing operation of customer private networks. This empanelment is subject to the terms and conditions specified in the EOI for empanelment and is valid for a period of five years, from 08-08-2025 to 07-08-2030.

Further information about the partnership is also available in the Empanelment Agreement between Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), which was signed on July 31, 2025. Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited has been appointed by BSNL as a 5G Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) Partner to offer Internet Leased Line services to companies and other organizations on a revenue-sharing basis. With options for additional extensions, this agreement will remain in effect for 60 months, or five years, from July 31, 2025, to July 30, 2030.

Under the terms of the agreement, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited will design, provide, implement, operate, and maintain the necessary customer premises equipment (CPE), Edge CORE, 5G RAN, and radio access equipment. In addition, Blue Cloud is in charge of commissioning and installing the equipment and actively promoting 5G FWA services to corporate clients. At its current location, BSNL will supply spectrum, ILL bandwidth, backhaul IP connectivity, space, power, and infrastructure at BSNL towers. Along with handling billing and customer payment collection, BSNL will market its services under the BSNL brand.

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd. (BCSSL) and BSNL will divide revenues according to the size of the company; the ratio of 70:30 (BCSSL: BSNL) on monthly revenue will be used.

Sales increased 7.50% to Rs 252.92 crore in Q2FY26 compared to Rs 235.27 crore in Q2FY25, while Blue Cloud Softech Solutions' net profit improved 35.86% to Rs 15.42 crore in the quarter ending September 2025 compared to Rs 11.35 crore in the year-ago quarter ending September 2024.
