Upcoming Dividend: Modison share price surged on Wednesday, a day after the company announced over 250% interim dividend for financial year 2025-26. The company has also fixed dividend record date in the upcoming week.
Modison shares closed 1.8% higher at Rs 152 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 495.51 crore on Wednesday. The company scrip had touched an intraday high mark of Rs 155.85 per share and an intraday low of Rs 151 per share.

Modison Dividend Announcement
The company's board of directors, on Tuesday, had approved a dividend of Rs 2.5 per share with a face value of Re 1 each. "The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Tuesday, December 02, 2025, has considered and declared the payment of Interim Dividend," read a BSE filing released by Modision on Tuesday. The company also gave details about the dividend record date.
Modison Dividend Record Date
The company has fixed Monday, December 8 as the dividend record date. A record date is the day when the company fixes the eligibility of its shareholders for a corporate action like dividend, stock split and bonus issue.
"The Company has fixed Monday, December 08, 2025, as the 'Record Date' for determining entitlement of Members to receive the Interim Dividend for the financial year 2025-26. As informed, the Board of Directors has declared the payment of Interim dividend of 250%, ie Rs 2.5, per equity share of Re 1 each for financial year 2025-26."
The dividend payment will also be liable to tax payment as per the rules under the Income Tax Act. The dividend payment may be subject to taxation for all the Beneficial Owners as of close of business hours on Monday, December 08, 2025, as per the list of beneficial owners furnished by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) in respect of the shares held in electronic form.
Modison Share Price Trend
The stock ended in green on Wednesday. The stock had touched a 52-week high mark of Rs 209.85 per share on 27 December 2024. The stock had dipped to a 52-week low mark of Rs 108.3 per share on 18 March, 2025. Modison stock has a return on equity of 15.44%. The stock value has surged around 5.2% in one month and declined over 33% since the beginning of the year 2025 (YTD).
