There were speculations of an Apple iPhone 17 price hike from 16 December onwards, as per a Digit.in report. However, there has been no change in the Apple iPhone 17 price on the official website till now.

The smartphone is still priced at Rs 82,900 on Apple's India website and no official communication is sent to retailers about the change in price.

If there is any revision in Apple iPhone prices then the revised prices will appear through Apple's official website, Apple Store outlets, and authorised resellers, which currently continue to display the launch pricing.

The rumours about Apple iPhone Price hike surfaced online after several netizens shared a circular, which looked like an official announcement, stating that the company is planning to raise the iPhone 17 base model price by Rs 7,000 from 16 December.

Shoppers trading in an older smartphone in good working order can receive up to Rs 44,350 as exchange value, subject to model and condition. After this exchange deduction, the effective cost of the iPhone 17 Pro drops to Rs 90,550.
