Canara Bank Set To Declare Quarterly Numbers On Jan 27, 2022

The board meeting of Canara Bank is set for Jan 27, 2022, to consider and approve the quarterly results for the 3-month period ending Dec 31, 2021.

"In pursuant to Regulation 29( I )(a) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 , Notice is hereby given to Stock Exchanges that the Board Meeting of the Bank is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 27th January 2022 at its Head Office, Bengaluru, inter-a/ia, to consider and approve the Unaudited (Reviewed) Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank for the Third Quarter/Nine months ended 31.12.2021," the company said in an exchange filing.

Canara Bank will join a list of banks like HDFC Bank, which have already declared numbers. As far as the bank is concerned, investors will closely watch the non performing asset numbers as well as net interest margins.

The shares of Canara Bank were last seen trading at Rs 225 on the NSE.
