Modison Ltd, a small-cap company in the capital goods category, recently reported that its Board of Directors recommended a 250% dividend for its eligible shareholders. For the purpose of the same, the record date has also been announced. Modison is an Indian firm dealing in electrical connections and silver products, founded in 1965. It is the sole producer of completed contacts and electrical contact materials worldwide.

"We wish to inform you that, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Tuesday, December 02, 2025, has considered and declared the payment of Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.50/- (@250%) per Equity share of Rs. 1.00/- each for the Financial Year 2025-26. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 (1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Monday, December 08, 2025, has been fixed as 'Record Date' for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend," said the company in a stock exchange filing.
Modison Dividend Payment Details
"The Company has fixed Monday, December 08, 2025, as the 'Record Date' for determining entitlement of Members to receive the Interim Dividend for the financial year 2025-26. As informed, the Board of Directors has declared the payment of Interim dividend of 250% i.e. Rs. 2.50/- per Equity Share of Rs. 1.00/- each for financial year 2025-26. The payment of such dividend shall be subject to deduction of tax at source, as applicable and shall be paid on/after Tuesday, December 09, 2025; (i) To all the Beneficial Owners as of close of business hours on Monday, December 08, 2025, as per the list of beneficial owners furnished by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) in respect of the shares held in electronic form; and (ii) To all Members in respect of shares held in physical form after giving effect to valid transmission or transposition requests lodged with the Company as of close of business hours on Monday, December 08, 2025," said Modison Ltd confirmed in a BSE filing.

"Modison Ltd stock price is bullish on the Daily charts with strong support at 150. A Daily close above resistance of 156 could lead to a target of 169 in the near term," commented A R Ramachandran, Independent SEBI registered Research Analyst, Tips2trades.
