The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially declared the CBSE Class 12 Result 2025 today. The board exams were conducted in February-March 2025, and students across the country can now check their results online.
This year, the overall pass percentage for Class 12 stands at 88.39%, according to CBSE data, where the pass percentage for girls is 91.64% and the pass percentage for boys is 85.70%.

As per latest reports, Vijayawada region emerged as the top-performing region in the CBSE Class 12 board exams, with a pass percentage of 99.60%. It was followed by:

Where to Check CBSE 12th Result 2025
Students can check and download their CBSE Class 12 scorecards through the official CBSE websites like cbse.gov.in and results.cbse.nic.in. Here are the steps to Download CBSE Class 12 Scorecard 2025 (Online)
Step 1: Visit the official CBSE result portal mentioned above.
Step 2: Next, click on the "CBSE Class 12 Result 2025" link.
Step 3: Enter your application number, date of birth, and roll number.
Step 4: The CBSE 12th scorecard PDF will appear on your screen.
Step 5: Download and save the scorecard, and take a printout for future reference.
How to Check CBSE 12th Result 2025 via DigiLocker
Students can also access their CBSE 12th result 2025 through the DigiLocker platform. Here's how:
Step 1: Visit digilocker.gov.in or open the DigiLocker app.
Step 2: Register using the 6-digit access code, school code, and CBSE roll number.
Step 3: Confirm your mobile number with OTP
Step 4: Log in and navigate to the "Documents" section.

Apart from checking results online, students can also receive their CBSE Class 12 Result 2025 via SMS. To do this, type the following message on your phone:
CBSE12 (Roll Number) (School Number) (Centre Number). Then send it to 7738299899. You will receive your result as a text message shortly.
For students who missed one subject exam, there's no need to worry. If a Class 12 student was absent in only one subject, they will be placed in the "Compartment" category. These students can appear for the CBSE Supplementary Exam 2025, which is usually held in July every year.
