One of the consumer electronics brands in India Cellecor Gadgets Limited, is happy to announce a partnership with Sathya Agencies Pvt. Ltd., the largest large-format retailer in South India. By working together, Cellecor aims to use Sathya's vast network of more than 330 showrooms and mobile stores to increase its footprint in Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, and Andhra Pradesh.
Customers in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Andhra Pradesh will now have direct access to a large selection of Cellecor products in Sathya retail stores, including Smart TVs, Smart Gadgets, Mobile phones, and Home Appliances. Cellecor's first purchase order, for Rs 25 million, was received from Sathya Agencies, signalling the start of a projected 12-month business of Rs 600-800 million.

This partnership demonstrates Cellecor's dedication to growing its market share and providing exceptional value with technology-driven products. The partnership aims to create a distinctive retail experience throughout South India by improving the shopping experience for customers, particularly those who enjoy the in-store experience of seeing and experiencing things before making a purchase.
Originally established as a small company in Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu, in 1983, Sathya has expanded into a massive retail conglomerate with an estimated revenue of Rs 2500 crore. In comparison to Rs 209.66 crore in H1 FY24, the firm recently announced net revenue of Rs 425.71 crore in H1 FY25. EBITDA was Rs 25.31 crore as opposed to Rs 12.74 crore, while the company's net profit increased by 108.26% to Rs 14.62 crore in H1 FY25 from Rs 7.02 crore in H1 FY24.
