Coolie Box Office Collection on Day 14 witnessed a sharp uptick raising hopes that the movie may earn well in the coming weekend. As of now, the multi-starrer drama featuring big names like Aamir Khan, Nagarjuna, Shruti Hassan, etc. The movie, written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and produced by Kalanithi Maran under Sun Pictures, has become the biggest Tamil grosser of 2025 and one of the best openers of the year so far, according to Sacnilk.

In terms of box office opening, the movie has already outpaced blockbuster hits like Saiyaara, Chaava, War 2, Empuran, etc, to become the biggest Indian grosser of 2025.

Rajinikanth's Coolie Box Office Collection Day 14 stood at an estimated Rs 4.5 crore on Wednesday, August 28. With this, the movie has earned an estimated Rs 268.75 crore so far, according to Sacnilk. The action drama witnessed a sharp slump on Monday but slowly regained momentum over the next two days.
According to Sacnilk, Coolie Box Office Collection stood at Rs 3.25 crore on Monday, and Rs 3.65 crore on Tuesday, followed by a net collection of Rs 4.5 crore on Wednesday. On Tuesday, the movie had earned Rs 1.8 crore in Tamil, Rs 1.2 crore in Hindi and Rs 5 lakh in Kannad.
Coolie Box Office Occupancy
The movie had an overall Tamil occupancy of 21.40% on Wednesday which included 13% occupancy in morning shows, 26.46% of occupancy in afternoon shows and 27.78% occupancy in evening shows. Its Hindi version is also receiving a strong response. Its Hindi occupancy stood at 11.75% on day 14 including 6.27%, 12.99%, 13.99%, 13.75%, in morning, afternoon, evening and night shows.
Coolie Worldwide Box Office Collection
The movie is inching closer to the Rs 500 crore mark in terms of its worldwide box office collection. Coolie's worldwide box office collection stood at Rs 488.15 crore, till day 14, according to Sacnilk. Its India Gross collection stood at Rs 313.15 crore, and overseas collection at Rs 175 crore.
The film has been directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the director behind projects such as Karthi's "Kaithi", Vijay's "Master" and "Leo", and Kamal Haasan's "Vikram". It released in worldwide theatres on August 14, alongside Jr NTR and Hrithik Roshan's "War 2".According to the trade tracking website Sacnilk, the film opened with Rs 65 crore nett at the domestic box office.
