Rajinikanth's highly anticipated movie Coolie has stormed the Indian box office, surpassing the Rs 200 crore milestone within just five days of release. The action entertainer had a phenomenal opening weekend, but began to slow down with the onset of the weekdays. On its sixth day, Tuesday, Coolie managed to earn around Rs 3.14 crore net across all languages in India.

According to box office tracking platform Sacnilk, the film opened with a thunderous Rs 65 crore net collection on Day 1 (Thursday), followed by Rs 54.75 crore on Day 2 (Friday), marking a 15.77% decline. The downward trend continued on Day 3 (Saturday), with Rs 39.5 crore, and Day 4 (Sunday), which brought in Rs 35.25 crore. Monday, Day 5, saw a significant drop, with the film earning Rs 12 crore-down nearly 66% from the previous day. By the end of Day 6, Coolie had reached a total net collection of Rs 209.64 crore across all languages.

On its opening day, Thursday, Coolie made a blockbuster entry at the box office, collecting a massive Rs 65 crore net across all languages in India. The majority of the revenue came from the Tamil version, which alone contributed Rs 44.5 crore, followed by Rs 15.5 crore from the Telugu version. The Hindi version brought in Rs 4.5 crore, while the Kannada version added Rs 0.5 crore to the total.
On Friday, the second day of release, the film earned Rs 54.75 crore, showing a decline of around 15.77% from its opening. Tamil collections stood at Rs 34.5 crore, Telugu at ₹13.5 crore, Hindi increased to Rs 6.25 crore, and Kannada held steady at Rs 0.5 crore.
Coolie saw a further dip in collections on Saturday, bringing in Rs 39.5 crore. Tamil contributed Rs 25.75 crore, Hindi Rs 4.25 crore, Telugu Rs 9.25 crore, and Kannada Rs 0.25 crore. This marked a continued downward trend heading into the weekend.
Sunday collections amounted to Rs 35.25 crore, with Rs 23.3 crore coming from Tamil, Rs 6.85 crore from Telugu, Rs 4.75 crore from Hindi, and Rs 0.35 crore from Kannada. While the drop was not sharp, it indicated a gradual slowdown after the initial rush.
On Monday, the film witnessed a steep decline in box office performance, earning just Rs 12 crore across India. Tamil led with Rs 7.75 crore, followed by Rs 2.25 crore from Telugu, Rs 1.85 crore from Hindi and Rs 0.15 crore from Kannada. This represented a nearly 66% drop from Sunday's numbers.
By Tuesday, the sixth day of its release, Coolie collected an estimated Rs 3.14 crore from all language versions, signaling a further dip in weekday performance. However, despite the slowdown, the film's total India net collection stands at a strong Rs 209.64 crore, underscoring its massive opening and initial audience pull.
