Corona Remedies IPO Listing Date:
After the allotment status, the company will either credit shares to eligible shareholders or issue refund on December 12. However, the listing will be done on December 15, due to weekend holiday on December 13th and December 14th.
Corona Remedies opened its IPO from December 8th to December 10th, at a price band of Rs 1,008 per share to Rs 1,062 per share. On the final day, Corona recorded a whopping 137.04 times oversubscription with strong demand from qualified institutional buyers and non-institutional investors whose portion oversubscribed by 278.52 times and 208.88 times respectively. The retail portion and employees reserved category oversubscribed by 28.73 times and 14.72 times respectively.
In its IPO note, Geojit report said, with a strong distribution network, successful acquisitions and in-licensing, resilient financial performance, lean balance sheet and continued focus on R&D and innovation, the company is well-positioned for long-term growth.
Further, Choice Broking research analyst Rajnath Yadav in a report said the company has demonstrated consistent revenue and profit growth, supported by healthy margins. Around 70% of its revenue is derived from chronic therapies, which are typically high-margin and exhibit strong prescription stickiness. CRL primarily focuses on chronic segments such as women's healthcare, cardiology, and diabetes, offering long-term growth visibility. Also, CRL's IPM ranking has improved from 37th to 29th, reflecting rising scale and competitiveness.
Between FY23-FY25, CRL demonstrated strong financial resilience with Revenue, EBITDA, and PAT growing at CAGRs of 16.3%, 36.9%, and 32.6%, driven by consistent topline growth, improved efficiency, and stronger profitability.
