"This is further to our letter dated April 25, 2025 wherein the Bank had informed, inter alia, regarding recommended a dividend of Rs.1.35 (Rupee One and Paise Thirty-Five only) per equity share of face value Rs.10/- each of the Bank for the Financial Year 2024-25, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank and other requisite approvals, if any. The Board of Directors of the Bank, in its meeting held on June 16, 2025, has fixed Friday, July 4, 2025, as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of Members to the aforesaid Dividend. The dividend, subject to approval of the Shareholders and tax deduction at source (TDS) as per the provisions of Income Tax Act, 1961, shall be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration as provided in the Companies Act, 2013," said DCB Bank in a regulatory filing.

According to Trendlyne statistics, DCB Bank has announced seven yearly dividends since May 2017, with the payments increasing progressively from ₹0.50 per share in 2017 to Rs 1.35 per share in July 2025. From Rs 1.25 in 2024 to the most recent dividend of Rs 1.35, there has been an average 8% annual increase. With a distribution of Rs 1.35 and a share price of about Rs 142, the current forward dividend yield and trailing yield are between 0.95 and 1.0%.
According to Trendlyne, DCB Bank's yield lags behind the industry benchmark by approximately 0.4 to 0.5 percentage points, with the average yield for the Indian banking sector being at approximately 1.41%. While DCB Bank's dividends have shown a solid upward trend, its yield remains modest at around 0.95-1.0%, which is lower than the sector average of ~1.4%.

"DCB BANK: The price action in DCB BANK shows a sharp rally from the low of 101 seen in March 2025. Currently the price is 142. Price faces major resistance at 150-152. Major support zone is at 136. There is some steam left in the price as the long term trend is bullish. On the upside price could move higher to 151 and above that to 165-170.
