Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd (BCSSL) which is a cybersecurity firm headquartered in Hyderabad, India has appointed Lt. Gen. Anil Bhalla (Retd) PVSM, AVSM, VSM, into their Advisory Board. This strategic appointment is expected to further propel the vision of BCSSL in the domains of defense technology, innovation in national security, and secure communication. India's former army officer Lt Gen Bhalla has 39 years of distinguished service in the Indian Army where he has held numerous senior positions in defense intelligence, operational strategy and international security collaboration.

While serving in the armed forces, Lt. Gen. Bhalla has held numerous critical positions which include the Director General of the Defence Intelligence Agency and Deputy Chief of Integrated Defence Staff (Intelligence), who advised the two most important authorities, Raksha Mantri and National Security Adviser. His leadership has shaped key elements of India's defense policy including the intelligence infrastructure, cooperation across geo-strategic frontiers, and collaboration with other nations.
Recognised with the prestigious Param Vishisht Seva Medal (PVSM), Ati Vishisht Seva Medal (AVSM), and Vishisht Seva Medal (VSM), his career has been marked with regions commanding operational excellence and a $10 billion dollar relief and defense resource management program. Over twenty nations collaborated with India on defense initiatives due to his extensive experience.
In his capacity as a non-executive strategic advisor to BCSSL, Bhalla will navigate the company's work related to secure communication technologies, blockchain-based defence systems, national security risk management, cutting-edge innovations in cybersecurity, and others. He will also mentor the innovation teams and the senior leadership, aspiring to integrate growth plans of the company with security concerns on global and national levels. His participation further bolsters the firm's intent of providing advanced and scalable digital solutions on the market for defense and cybersecurity technology.

In their Q4 FY25 results, BCSSL net sales were Rs 183.62 crores, and net profit increased by 52% year-on-year reaching Rs 13.04 crores. Furthermore, BCSSL reported an astounding 175% increase in PAT which stood at Rs 44.27 crores for FY 2025 as compared to Rs 16.09 crores for FY 2024. BCSSL's ongoing investment into AI, cloud computing, enterprise software, and AIoT-based healthcare solutions is expected to further accelerate growth moving forward.
