Dividend Dhamaka Offer: Investors are showing strong interest in BSE smallcap Monte Carlo Fashions Limited (Ltd) in recent weeks, the bumper dividend announcement being one of the reasons behind the rally.
The Punjab-headquartered Monte Carlo had earlier announced a 200% dividend for its shareholders and will determine the eligibility of its shareholders next week. Monte Carlo shares closed 1.54% higher at Rs 671 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 1,391.12 crore on Friday.

The company's board of directors had earlier approved a 200% final dividend for the financial year 2024-25 for its shareholders. The board of directors of Monte Carlo Fashions Limited had "Recommended a final dividend of Rs 20/-(Rupees Twenty Only) per Equity Share (i.e. 200%) having Face Value of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each for the Financial Year 2024-2025. The Final Dividend will be paid after approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company."
Monte Carlo Dividend Record Date
Monte Carlo's board of directors had fixed Monday, September 22 as the dividend record date to determine the eligibility of its shareholders for the dividend.
How To Become Eligible For Dividend Record Date?
For investors to become eligible for the dividend record date, it is important to own the company shares on or before the dividend record date. " Dividend on Equity Shares as recommended by the Board, if approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting shall be paid to those members whose names will appear in the Register of Members as on Monday, September 22, 2025 and Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the depositories at the close on that date," read a BSE filing by the company.

Monte Carlo Fashions Share Price Trend
The stock closed higher at Rs 671 per share on BSE on Friday. The stock had touched a 52-week high mark of Rs 984 per share on 10 December, 2024. The stock had dipped to a 52-week low mark of Rs 507.40 on 4 March, 2025.
The stock has a return on equity (RoE) of 10.24%. The stock value has increased by around 20.61% in six months. But its valuation has fallen around 16% since the beginning of the year 2025 (YTD). The stock valuation slumped 18.29% in one year.
