Hindustan Copper Share Price Today: Miniratna PSU Hindustan Copper, on Thursday, reported a massive 148% year-on-year jump in its consolidated net profit to Rs 156.23 crore in the third quarter of financial year 2025-26. The company had also announced a 20% interim dividend for Q3FY26.
Hindustan Copper shares ended 1% lower at Rs 607.3 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 58,727.37 crore. The company scrip had dipped to an intraday low of Rs 579 per share and an intraday high of Rs 619 per share on BSE on Thursday.

Hindustan Copper Q3 Result
The miniratna PSU had reported a net profit of Rs 156.23 crore in Q3FY26, which was 148% higher than Rs 62.87 crore reported in the year-ago period. The company's net consolidated revenue increased to Rs 687.34 crore during the quarter from Rs 327.77 crore in the year-ago period.
Hindustan Copper Dividend
Hindustan Copper's board of directors had approved a 20% interim dividend for the quarter. "The Board has declared Interim Dividend of Re.1/- per equity share i.e.20% of face value of Rs.5/- each for the financial year 2025-26," read a BSE filing by the company released on Thursday.
Hindustan Copper Dividend Record Date
The company had fixed 13 February as the record date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders to receive the interim dividend. Investors owning Hindustan Copper shares on or before the dividend record date will be eligible for the payout.
"It may kindly be noted that the above dividend would be paid only through electronic mode on or before Friday, 06.03.2026," stated the company in its press release.
Hindustan Copper Share Price Trend
Hindustan Copper shares ended 1% lower at Rs 607.3 per share on BSE on Thursday. The company stock had touched a 52-week high of Rs 759.20 per share on 29 January, 2026, and dipped to a 52-week low of Rs 183.9 per share on 7 April, 2025. The stock value surged around 16% year to date (YTD) and around 82% in three months.
