Castrol India

Castrol India declared a final dividend of Rs 9.5 per share in February. The amount includes a special dividend of Rs 4.5 per share, and final dividend of Rs 5 per share. The company has fixed Tuesday, 18 March as record date. Eligible shareholders will receive the dividend amount on 23 April 2025.

The Board of Directors "Recommended a Final Dividend of INR 9.5/- per share of the face value of INR 5/- each (which includes a Special Dividend of INR 4.5/- per share) for the financial year ended 31 December 2024, subject to approval by the Shareholders at the 47th Annual General Meeting. Fixed the record date as Tuesday, 18 March 2025 for determining the entitlement of members to Final Dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2024. The dividend, if approved by the Shareholders, will be paid on or before Wednesday, 23 April 2025," said the company in a stock exchange filing.

DIC India Ltd

A leading manufacturer of printing inks, DIC India Limited declared a final dividend of Rs 4 per share for eligible shareholders. The company has fixed Tuesday, 18 March 2025, as the record date. The company hasn't announced the dividend payout date, and the same shall be fixed at its annual general meeting.

AGI Infra Ltd

Real-estate firm AGI Infra Ltd will distribute a dividend of Rs 0.5 per share to its eligible shareholders. The stock will trade ex-date on Wednesday, 19 March. The company executed a 1:2 stock split to boost liquidity in January.

Power Finance Corporation Limited

Maharatna NBFC, Power Finance Corporation Limited, PFC, stock will trade ex-date on Wednesday, 19 March. The company had declared a fourth interim dividend of Rs 3.5 per share, and the amount will be paid on or before 11 April 2025.

Angel One dividend

The online stock brokerage platform Angel One announced its second interim dividend of Rs 11 (per equity share with a face value Rs 10) for 2025. The company shares will trade ex-date on Thursday, 20 March. The dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders on or before 12 April, 2025.

IRFC

The railway PSU announced an interim dividend for its shareholders. The amount is yet to be finalised by the company, but the dividend record date has been fixed as Friday, 21 March, 2025. IRFC Board of Directors will consider declaration of a second interim dividend to company shareholders for financial year 2024-25 in its meeting scheduled for Monday next week.
