"Please be informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 03, 2025, inter-alia, to consider and approve the proposal for issue of Bonus Equity Shares to the shareholders of the Company, subject to the approval of Members. Further, in terms of Company's policy for fair disclosures of unpublished price sensitive information and Code of conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of outcome for the aforesaid Board Meeting," said Valiant Communications in a stock exchange filing.

Valiant Communications Dividend

"Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Thursday, September 11, 2025, as the Record Date for determining entitlement of Members to receive dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2025, had recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each for approval of members at the 32nd AGM. The dividend, if approved, will be paid on or after October 04, 2025, subject to deduction of tax at source as under: a) In respect of shares held in physical mode, the dividend will be payable to those members whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business hours on Thursday, September 11, 2025. b) In respect of shares held in demat mode, dividend will be payable to those members whose names appear in the list of beneficial owners as at the close of business hours on Thursday, September 11, 2025, based on data to be furnished by the Depositories," said Valiant Communications in a regulatory filing.

On Tuesday, September 30, 2025, the company will have its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Valiant Communications Target Price

"Valiant Communications stock price is slightly bullish on the Daily charts with strong support at 953. A Daily close above resistance of 1017 could lead to a target of 1153 in the near term," commented A R Ramachandran, independent research analyst.
