Gurugram-based airport service aggregator, DreamFolks Services, is eyeing international expansion, seeking partnerships with airport lounges worldwide to bolster its services. Despite facing a slowdown in its domestic business, the company is determined to make its mark on the global stage as part of its growth strategy.
DreamFolks Services, which celebrated its 10-year anniversary in 2022 and went public last September, is actively pursuing this international expansion as part of its key growth initiatives. The move comes at a time when the company's domestic business is facing challenges, with margins shrinking to 8.6% by the end of September 2023, compared to 16.5% for the full year ending March 2023.

With these international tie-ups, DreamFolks cardholders will gain access to a host of premium services, including airport lounges, assistance with airport transfers, and partnerships with golf courses and spas. Currently, most of the company's partnerships are limited to India, but this move will open doors to a global audience.
In their 2023 annual report, the company made it clear that global expansion is a top priority to ensure continued growth and diversify its revenue streams.
Despite the challenges in the Indian market, DreamFolks Services has reported positive financial results. In the latest quarterly report, the company's sales stood at Rs 282.47 crore in September 2023, marking a 64.95% increase from Rs 171.24 crore in the same period the previous year. Quarterly net profit also rose to Rs 18.14 crore, up by 22.41%, and EBITDA reached Rs 25.46 crore, showing a 20.61% increase from the previous year.
The company's earnings per share (EPS) have improved from Rs 2.84 in September 2022 to Rs 3.42 in September 2023. These financial results indicate a solid financial position, which has been reflected in DreamFolks Services' stock performance. The company's shares have given a 18.87% return over the last six months and 24.28% over the last 12 months.
However, the stock experienced a minor setback on October 26, ending the trading session with a 3.5% decline at ₹489.40 per share. This came after a four-day winning streak.
DreamFolks Services is positioning itself to become a major player in the airport service aggregator industry, leveraging its strong financial performance and global expansion strategies to overcome challenges in the domestic market and create new opportunities on the international stage.
