Today, the shares of Shanti Educational Initiatives Ltd. (SEIL) increased by about 2.5% continuing other favourable performance in the market. This stock has its 52-week high registered at Rs 207.75, while its 52-week low is at Rs 52.01. Over the last six months, the stock has given multibagger returns of 300% from Rs 52.01 per share to the current market price. This year earlier, Shanti Educational Initiatives had taken over Uniformverse Private Limited which is now a subsidiary of the company. Albula Investment Fund Ltd and Legends Global Opportunities (Singapore) Pvt Ltd have purchased large stakes in the company on the stock exchange of BSE. The former purchased 47,20,190 shares at Rs 123 while the later purchased 17,15,000 shares at Rs 114.20. The above investments are indicative of the trust the institutional investors have in SEIL's Further growth.
What in their view is good news, Shanti Educational Initiatives made an impressive stellar leap in financial performance in Q1 FY25. The net sales also ended up recording huge growth as it was up by 239% to Rs 9.83 crore relative to Rs 2.90 Crore in the 4th Quarter FY24, up by 4 high last year. Achieving this milestone coincided with an adequate rise in the growth of company profitability. In the first quarter of FY 25, SEIL made an operating profit of Rs 3.94 crores and a net profit of Rs 3.09 crores as against a quarter-on-quarter growth of 263% - 384% relief over operating losses of Rs 2.41 crores, and net loss - Rs 1.09 crores which was reported in the last preceding quarter.

The company's well-established chain of schools and preschools enables it to offer a complete array of educational services. SEIL operates Shanti Asiatic Schools with operations across multiple states and more than 25000 K-12 students enrolled. SEIL is also the lifeline of Shanti Juniors which are more than 300 preschools spread across 74 cities in India focusing on the preschool stage of schooling.
