For investors looking to invest in the IPO, the issue has a price band of Rs. 114 to Rs. 120 per share, and the minimum investment that can be made by a retail investor is Rs. 15,000, which means 125 shares or 1 lot. This IPO is relatively affordable for small investors.
Excelsoft IPO GMP Trend
At present the Excelsoft Technologies IPO GMP today stands at Rs. 0, according to the latest data from the Investorgain website. This is a sharp decline from the previous sessions, where the GMP stood at 25% and 16.67% on 15th & 16th November, respectively.
Should Investors Subscribe to the Excelsoft Technologies IPO?
The GMP drop does not change the fundamentals of the company. Axis Bank, in its IPO note, recommends the Excelsoft Technologies IPO as a "BUY" based on its strong business fundamentals, innovative AI-based products, scalable SaaS platform in the learning and assessment market, and strong financial performance with growth potential.
"The valuation is reasonable compared to listed peers, further supporting a positive investment outlook. Considering these factors, we assign a 'BUY' rating to the Excelsoft Technologies IPO and advise investors to subscribe," the report further noted.
