Sampre Nutritions Ltd, a Medchal confectionery producer, saw its shares hitting the upper circuit on BSE following its announcement of excellent financial results for the first quarter of FY26 ended June 30, 2025. The share price of Sampre Nutritions remained stuck in the 2% upper circuit at Rs 80.09 on the BSE as of September 1, 2025. With a 127% surge over the last six months and a rise of 45% in the last month, the stock has recently demonstrated strong momentum.

Sampre Nutritions' net profit increased by 610.00% to Rs 0.71 crore in the June 2025 quarter compared to Rs 0.10 crore in the June 2024 quarter. In the quarter ending in June 2025, sales increased 141.02% to Rs 10.87 crore from Rs 4.51 crore in the same quarter ending in June 2024.
Besides being financially successful, Sampre Nutritions also stated that it was going to raise capital through a range of sources including preferential allotment, Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), and public and private issues. The company had earlier informed BSE of an upcoming board meeting for considering the proposed fund-raising program at the shareholder level, which will enhance the capital base of the company as well as support its future growth and diversification plans.
On August 16, 2025, Sampre Nutritions Limited (BSE: 530617), a well-known confectionery producer, revealed that it has signed a production contract with Tolaram Wellness Ltd., Nigeria. As per the agreement, Sampre Nutritions will produce and provide Tolaram Wellness with food and nutraceutical products that meet predetermined requirements for quality and specifications. It is anticipated that the deal would bring in Rs. 10 crore a year, or around Rs. 30 crore over the course of three years.
