The price of petrol and diesel remained steady on July 11 after reaching a new record high the day before. The increase on July 10 brought the petrol price in Delhi closer to Rs 101 per litre for the 38th time since May 4.
According to Bharat Petroleum's price list, the price of petrol in the national capital has risen to Rs 100.95 per litre while the price of diesel has risen to Rs 89.92 per litre.

Petrol prices in Mumbai were also unchanged, retailing at an all-time high of Rs 106.97 a litre. On May 29, the financial hub became the first city in the country to sell petrol for more than Rs 100 per litre.
In Maharashtra's capital, the price of diesel remained steady at Rs 97.5 per litre.
