Techno Electric & Engineering Company has announced record date for dividend as recommended by the Directors for the financial year 2024-25. This means investors holding shares of the company as of the record date will be eligible to receive the dividend. Additionally, the firm has declared that Tuesday, September 23, 2025, will be the date of the 20th Annual General Meeting.

"We would like to inform in terms of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 that, the Company has fixed Friday, September 12, 2025 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Final Dividend of Rs. 9.00 per equity share of face value of Rs.2.00 each as recommended by the Directors for the financial year 2024-25, if declared at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid to those members whose names shall appear on Company's Register of Members as on Record Date and in respect of shares held in dematerialised form, the dividend will be paid to members whose names are furnished by National Securities Depository Ltd. and Central Depository Services (India) Ltd. as beneficial owners as on that date. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, we hereby inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, September 17, 2025 to Tuesday, September 23, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 20th Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday, 23rd September, 2025," said Techno Electric in a stock exchange filing.
The above dividend payment is subject to the approval of shareholders in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company, and if approved, would result in a net cash outflow of approximately Rs 10,466.96 lakhs.
For instance, a shareholder who owns 1,000 shares on the record date will be eligible to receive a dividend payment of Rs 9,000. This action demonstrates the company's dedication to providing investors with consistent dividend income since 2021. Techno Electric & Engineering Company Ltd. has announced five dividends since February 2021, according to BSE statistics.

"The Company has engaged the services of NSDL to provide remote e-Voting facility and e-Voting facility during the AGM. The remote e-voting period begins on Friday, September 19, 2025 (9:00 A.M. IST) and will end on Monday, September 22, 2025 (5:00 P.M. IST). During this period, the Members of the Company, holding shares either in physical or dematerialized mode, as on the cut-off date, i.e. Tuesday, September 16, 2025, may cast their votes. The remote e-Voting module shall be disabled by NSDL for voting thereafter," Techno Electric confirmed in a regulatory filing.
