Go First, the crisis-hit budget carrier, has announced the extension of flight cancellations until June 4, as uncertainties loom over its future operations. The decision to prolong the grounding of flights comes as the airline continues to grapple with financial challenges and seeks a viable path forward.
Go First ceased operations on May 3, and the recent announcement implies that the low-cost carrier will be grounded for one month.

This is the sixth time the airline has extended flight cancellations since the original notification on May 2, when services were cancelled for three days until May 5.
"We regret to inform that due to operational reasons, Go First flights scheduled till 04th June 2023 have been cancelled", the airline said in a tweet.
According to the tweet, a complete refund will be delivered to the original form of payment shortly.
As you are aware, the company has filed an application for urgent settlement and resumption of activities.
"We will be able to resume bookings shortly", it added.
The airline is undergoing insolvency proceedings, and the DGCA directed it last week to submit a revival plan within 30 days.
Senior airline executives met with senior DGCA officials on Monday to discuss the airline's resurrection plan.
The budget airline filed a petition for voluntary insolvency resolution proceedings on May 2, citing its inability to continue out operations due to the non-delivery of engines by US engine maker Pratt & Whitney. On May 10, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) granted the plea.
