Bengaluru-based IT services firm Infosys today said that the company's board will announce the second quarterly results on October 13. On the same day, the company will likely declared interim dividend also.

"The financial results and proposal for interim dividend, if any, will be presented to the Board of Directors on October 13, 2021 for their approval," the IT company said in a regulatory filing.
The company will also be undertaking analyst and investor call on the same day for discussing the financial results of Q2Fy22. Shares of Infosys on Monday closed 0.047% lower at ₹1,691 apiece on BSE.
In the day, Infosys and Microsoft entered into a multi-year strategic agreement with Ausgrid for accelerating the cloud transformation of the largest electricity distributor on Australia's east coast. This programme will further Ausgrid's vision to connect communities and empower lives with a focus on affordability, reliability and sustainability, Infosys said.
