IT Stock Below Rs 100 Confirms 1:10 Bonus Share Issue By Fixing Record Date; BUY/SELL?

"We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 27, 2026, which commenced at 12:30 PM and concluded at 12:35 PM has fixed the record date for the issue of bonus shares. Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the "SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015") and other applicable provisions, if any, this is to inform that the Company has fixed Friday, 6th March, 2026 as the 'Record Date' for the Issue of bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1 (One) bonus equity shares of Rs 10/- each for every 10 (ten) equity share of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up," said Accedere in a regulatory statement.

Accedere Financials

The company's revenue from operations was Rs. 72.73 lakhs, which was a decline of 0.05% from the Rs. 72.77 lakhs recorded in Q3FY25. The quarter's total income of Rs. 72.80 lakhs was 1.07% less than the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year, when it was Rs. 73.59 lakhs.

In comparison to the net profit of Rs. 2.56 lakhs in Q3FY25, the company recorded a net loss of Rs. 1.79 lakhs in Q3FY26. Earnings per share (EPS), which fell to a negative Rs. 0.03 from a negative Rs. 0.01 in the previous year's quarter, also showed the effects of this drop in profitability.

"Accedere Ltd stock price is bullish on the Daily charts with strong support at 48. A Daily close above resistance of 54 could lead to a target of 67 in the near term," commented A R Ramachandran, part-time SEBI-registered Research Analyst, Tips2trades.

Accedere Ltd is currently trading on the BSE at Rs 52.88 as of March 2, 2026, up 5% from its previous close. The price of the stock has fluctuated in the past ranging from a high of Rs 97.46 to a low of Rs 42.11 over the 52 weeks. As of March 2nd, the stock's market valuation was around Rs 27 crore, making it a small-cap company.
