The UK-based cybersecurity technology company BlackDice Cyber Ltd. and Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BCSSL) (BSE: 539607), a prominent supplier of AI-driven enterprise and cybersecurity solutions, have signed a Letter of Intent (LOI). By directly integrating cutting-edge, AI-based network security into 5G Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) hardware and edge infrastructure, the partnership aims to provide operators and residential customers with a safe, end-to-end connection.

Over the next five years, the market for 5G edge and endpoint security solutions is expected to surpass USD 1.2 billion in India alone. By providing tailored, AI-driven network security customized for India's data-sovereignty and privacy needs, BCSSL hopes to gain a sizable portion of this developing market through its collaboration with BlackDice Cyber Ltd.
Through this initiative, BCSSL aims to create a multi-layered security framework for its own 5G FWA rollout as well as for other telecom and broadband service provider clients, ranging from perimeter defences to end point protection within the next generation of 5G Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) and Wi-Fi routers.
Additionally, the joint solution would allow Indian service providers to provide premium-grade "Secure 5G Broadband" services with integrated cybersecurity and real-time threat visibility for consumers as well as businesses.
BlackDice Cyber Ltd. will offer its exclusive AI-driven security engine, which includes real-time threat detection, intrusion prevention, and behavioral analytics, under this joint collaboration, whereas Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited will use Edge-AI technology and a private cloud orchestration framework to integrate this technology across 5G CPE and Wi-Fi router platforms.
"Through this alliance, BCSSL intends to launch India's first comprehensive "Perimeter-To-End-Point Security Framework built on Edge-Al computing and localized data processing. The joint initiative supports India's vision of a digitally secure nation by creating a foundation for next generation secure 5G and lot connectivity. The collaboration will also establish a model for future Al-secured hardware manufacturing and cybersecurity exports under the Government of India's "Aatma Nirbhar Bharat" programme," said BCSSL in a stock exchange filing.
Mr. Janaki Yarlagadda, Chairman, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited, said: "The partnership with BlackDice Cyber Ltd marks a decisive step forward in our 5G edge security journey. By integrating BCSSL's Edge-Al engine with BlackDice's threat analytics, we will deliver zero-trust security from the network core to the user's router. This initiative reinforces our commitment to a safer, more resilient digital India."
"This collaboration between Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BCSSL) and BlackDice Cyber Ltd is a significant milestone in enhancing the security framework for emerging 5G and Internet of Things (IoT) networks in India. By combining BCSSL's advanced Edge-Al engine which processes data and manages security at the edge of the network with BlackDice's sophisticated threat analytics platform, the partnership aims to provide comprehensive, zero-trust protection. This means that every device, connection, and data packet is continuously authenticated and monitored, minimizing the risk of cyber threats infiltrating the network at any point, from the core infrastructure all the way to individual user routers," he added.
"The initiative not only strengthens the technological foundation needed for India's digital future but also aligns with national priorities for cybersecurity and self-reliance in technology. By leveraging Al-driven intelligence and real-time analytics, the partnership seeks to proactively identify and neutralize threats, supporting uninterrupted and secure connectivity for millions of users. Ultimately, this effort underscores BCSSL's dedication to building a robust digital ecosystem that is both safe and resilient, helping to realize the vision of a digitally secure India," Janaki Yarlagadda further stated.
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BCSSL), a well-known worldwide supplier of AI-driven enterprise, defense, and cybersecurity solutions, was founded in 1991.
