Bartronics India Ltd, a small-cap company in the IT sector, has posted details about its upcoming AGM meeting. The company has announced that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 30th September 2025 at 12:00 noon (IST).

Post the announcement, the shares of Bartronics India witnessed an impressive buying trend as the stock price opened on the BSE at Rs 15.17 and surged to an intraday high of Rs 16.89, which is a gain of 12.07% from its previous close of Rs 15.07. As of 09 Sep 25 at 12:03 PM, Bartronics India shares were trading at an upside gap of 7.70% at Rs 16.23 with a market cap of Rs 494 Cr.
"Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from Wednesday, 24th September, 2025 to Tuesday, 30th September, 2025 (both days inclusive). Further, the Company has fixed Tuesday, 23rd September, 2025 as the "Cut-off Date" for the purpose of e-voting," said Bartronics India in a regulatory filing.
Meanwhile, Bartronics India Limited (BIL) and Net Zero Initiative Private Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Monday. Through the use of BIL's farmer network and Net Zero Initiative's technology platform, the MoU demonstrates the parties' shared intention to look into prospects for large-scale sustainable agriculture and the development of carbon credits.
As per a stock exchange filing, the collaboration will focus on developing a transparent carbon credits standard and registry supported by blockchain and digital MRV systems, deploying IoT, machine learning, drone surveys, and satellite monitoring for real-time farm-level assessment, promoting regenerative agriculture, agroforestry, climate-smart inputs, and farmer training programs, generating credible, high-quality carbon credits and channeling proceeds to farmers for supplemental income and engaging in collaborative research and innovation for sustainable agriculture and carbon reduction projects.
Kinex India Private Limited, previously Antanium India Private Limited, announced the sale of 14,492,616 equity shares of Bartronics India Limited on September 5, 2025. The off-market share swap transaction that was sold represented 4.76% of Bartronics India Limited's total share capital. Kinex India owned 228,432,555 shares prior to the transaction, representing 75% of the entire share capital. Following the transaction, the number of shares held by Kinex India dropped to 213,939,939, or 70.24% of the total share capital of the firm.
The entire equity share capital of Bartronics India Limited remains at Rs. 304,576,740, with each share having a face value of Rs. 1. The shares were sold on September 4, 2025.
