JSW Steel Q4 Result: Multinational steel producer, JSW Steel, on Friday reported a 109% increase in its net consolidated profit (attributable to owners of the company) to Rs 1503 crore during the March quarter for financial year 2024-25. The company also announced a 280% dividend for its shareholders.
JSW Steel's total consolidated revenue stood at Rs 44,819 crore during Q4FY25 against Rs 41,378 crore reported in December quarter. Meanwhile, its revenue stood at Rs 46,269 in the year-ago period.

JSW Steel's share price closed marginally higher at Rs 1007.9 per share on BSE on Friday. Its market capitalisation stood at Rs 2,46,477.31 crore. The company scrip touched a 52-week high mark of Rs 1,074.15 per share on BSE on 25 March, 2025.

The Indian steel maker's net consolidated profit stood at Rs 1,503 crore during the fourth quarter, 109% higher than Rs 717 crore reported in December quarter. Company's net profit stood at Rs 1299 crore during the March quarter of financial year 2023-24. JSW Steel's total revenue from operations stood at Rs 44,819 crore during the quarter under review. Its earnings per share came in at Rs 6.15 (basic).
JSW Steel Q4 Dividend
The company's board of directors in its meeting recommended a final dividend of Rs 2.8 per share with a face value of Re 1 (ie 280% of FV).
"The dividend, if declared by the members at the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, will be credited/dispatched to the members, subject to deduction of tax at source, on or before 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting," noted the company in its BSE filing released on Friday.
JSW Steel Q4 Result: Approval of Long-Term Fund Raise
The company's board also approved long-term fund raise plan through issuance of non-convertible debentures. The fund raise via NCD has been approved for an amount of Rs 7,000 crore. Apart from NCD, funds will be raised via equity shares or convertible securities for an amount not exceeding Rs 7,000 crore.
JSW Steel Q4 Result: Key Highlights
JSW Seel clocked a consolidated annual production of 27.79 million tonnes and sales of 26.45 million tonnes. With this, the company met its revised volume guidance announced in Q3 FY25.
Company's consolidated crude steel production increased by 12% year on year (YoY) to 7.63 million tonne. Capacity utilisation at the Indian operations of JSW Steel stood at 93% during the quarter against 91% during the December quarter. JSW's steel sales increased 11 on a YoY basis to 7.49 million tonnes. The Institutional sales volumes increased 11% QoQ and 33% YoY while Retail sales increased 15% QoQ and 25% YoY.
With stable export from Indian operations, JSW Steel's revenue from operations stood at Rs 44,819 crores and Operating EBITDA of 6,378 crores, with an EBITDA margin of 14.2% during the quarter..
