Residents in low-lying areas of Bengaluru have been asked to stay cautious, while BBMP and civic authorities are currently on high alert to tackle tree falls, Bengaluru power outages, and road blockages due to the continuous downpour.
Advisory for Residents
District administrations in Dakshin Kannada, Udupi, and Uttara Kannada have been put on high alert. Civic agencies in Bengaluru and BBMP are also working to clear waterlogging, flooding, traffic jams, and tree fall incidents, as Bengaluru's heavy rain may disrupt normal life.
