The Krystal Integrated Services IPO was made up of an offer-for-sale (OFS) by promoter Krystal Family Holdings of 17.5 lakh shares, valued at Rs 125.13 crore, and a new share issuance of Rs 175 crore.
The company intends to allocate Rs 100 crore towards meeting its working capital needs. Additionally, Rs 10 crore will be allocated for debt repayment and machinery procurement. The remaining portion will be utilized for general corporate purposes.
