Current GMP: Probability of gains on LIC IPO listing going down with the drop in GMP
The attractive valuation of the issue meant room for significant upside. Likewise, the strong response that the issue received on expected lines also ups the chances of LIC IPO listing at a premium.
Nevertheless, as per topsharebrokers IPO GMP status updated last on Wednesday, the LIC shares in the unlisted market or grey market is commanding a discount of Rs. 10. So, the probability of listing gains considering the GMP are Nil and the issue of LIC may rather in the weak market condition list at a discount.
Thus hinting at a nearly flat listing.

On both the exchanges, the issue shall list on May 17, 2022 i.e. next Tuesday.
