Majesco Approves Interim Dividend Of Rs. 974 Per Share For FY 20-21

Software medium and small company Majesco in a BSE filing said that its Board of Directors at its meeting today i.e. December 15, 2020 hasapproved payment of interim dividend at the rate of 19480% i.e. Rs. 974/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each for the financial year 2020-21. This interim dividend payout translates to an amount of Rs. 2788.4 crore on a shareholder base of 28.577 million shares.

The balance cash reserves estimated at Rs. 103 crore will be distributed subject to board and regulatory approvals.

Earlier the company fixed record date for interim dividend as December 25 for ascertaining eligibility of shareholders for payment of interim dividend for FY 2020-21.

On the dividend finalization, Majesco scrip traded only marginally higher by over 2 percent at Rs. 994 on the BSE.
