Man Infra To Consider Interim Dividend, Bonus Issue: Check Details

Man Infraconstruction is a well-known Indian construction firm that specializes in port infrastructure, residential, industrial, commercial, and road infrastructure projects.

The board of directors of Man Infraconstruction will meet on Monday, October 4th, 2021 to discuss a proposal for the issuance of bonus shares, according to the company.

The board will also discuss the interim dividend for the fiscal year 2021-22 on the same day.

On Tuesday, Man Infraconstruction Ltd stock rose to a new 52-week high after the firm announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Monday, October 4, 2021 to discuss business matters.

"The trading window for dealing in the Business's securities is closed for all Designated/Connected Persons with immediate effect until the end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30th, 2021," the company added.

On a consolidated basis, Man Infraconstruction's net profit increased by 1327.39 percent to Rs 32.83 crore in Q1 June 2021 over Q1 June 2020, thanks to a 571.20 percent increase in net sales to Rs 153.37 crore.

As a result of profit booking, the stock fell 0.87 percent to Rs 102.60 on the BSE. The stock has gained 201.47 percent year to date (YTD), while the benchmark Sensex has gained 25.52 percent in the same time period.
